Your holiday cottage will be equipped to a high standard and should have everything that you will need for a stay here. Towels, bed linen, bath mats, tea towels and oven gloves are also included.

We welcome dogs and cats in all of our cottages, there is a nominal charge per animal, per week or part of.

Our beds are fully made up with high quality bed linen, we also supply a bath sheet and hand towel per person and 1 bath mat per bathroom. Oven gloves, tea towels and a hand towel are also supplied for use in the kitchen.

Our central heating, hot water and electricity are included in the cost of your holiday. Our central heating runs for 24hrs a day and is fully controllable by our guests with unlimited constant hot water.

Guests are welcome after 4.00 pm and we ask that all cottages are vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Should you require a later departure time please contact us to see what can be arranged.

We have free unlimited WiFi in every cottage.

Each cottage has a dedicated off road parking area.

Yes, we offer 3 night short breaks over weekends and 4 night breaks in the week throughout the year. Please contact us for further details.

Having seven individual cottages set in extensive grounds, social distancing will be easier here than in many places.

For your safety we are following all practices recommended by Visit England, HSE and Gov.uk. (If you would like further information on the steps that we are taking please ask).

Almost all of the local places to visit are open and welcoming visitors albeit with certain measures in place for your safety.
